The collection of pedagogical resources housed in the Virtual Library of Bibliographical Patrimony includes prints, slides, primers, workbooks, etc. These materials were obtained from the digitalization carried out by the Deputy Directorship of Library Coordination (Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte) in the libraries of Historical School Centers, especially those of the San Isidro, Cardenal Cisneros and Isabel la Católica schools in Madrid.
These digitalizations were in part a result of the project “Science and Education in Madrid Secondary Schools (1837-1936)“, in which the MANES Center participated between 2008 and 2011.
